Pierre founded 404° to create a cycling collective where people and shared experiences come before performance. He shapes the direction of the community, plans rides and makes sure every outing stays social, welcoming and true to the no-drop mindset.
Valentin helps guide the group with a clear pace, calm communication and close attention to every rider. As a ride leader, he keeps the collective moving safely together while making space for conversations, connections and a good time on the road.
Melissa leads our women-only rides and helps create a confident, supportive space on the bike. Her rides combine clear guidance, thoughtful regrouping and an open atmosphere where riders can connect, progress and enjoy every kilometre together.
